Exactly where you're losing customers
Not just how many leave, but when. Whether your leak is in the first fortnight, around payment day or months in, you'll see it clearly.
Most brands know how many customers they lose. Very few know when they leave, or why. Our audit shows you both, what it's costing you, and what to fix first.
Delivered within 2 working days. Backed by our guarantee. Founding price for our first two brands.
A message that arrives after the payment arrives after the decision. We show you what to send, and when.

Works with the tools you already use
Every retention agency can show you where customers drop off. Your dashboard already does. What it can't show you is what was going on in your customer's mind when they decided to leave.
We read your customer data through the lens of consumer psychology: what stage the customer was at, what they were feeling, and what would have kept them. Once you know why, the fix is obvious. Without it, you're guessing.
Where and when your customers leave, from your own data.
The psychology behind each drop-off, in plain English.
The fix that addresses the cause, not the symptom.
Customers don't leave at random. They leave at predictable points, for predictable reasons. Pick a stage to hear what your customer is thinking.
"I've bought it. Now what?"
They haven't built a routine yet, so leaving costs them nothing.
Cancellations before the second order.
Give them a reason to stay before the novelty wears off.

Find out where it's leakingNot just how many leave, but when. Whether your leak is in the first fortnight, around payment day or months in, you'll see it clearly.
The revenue walking out every month, what you're spending to replace those customers, and what keeping them would be worth, worked out from your own numbers.
"Do I actually still use this?"
Around the third payment, many customers review their bank statement.
The psychology behind each drop-off, explained simply, so you fix the cause instead of throwing discounts at the symptom.
Your fixes ranked by what they're worth to your business, with example emails ready to use and an eight-week plan your team can follow.
Choose the audit, or the audit with guidance: your priority emails written for you and two calls with our founder.
About five minutes. Upload your customer export, and screenshots of your emails if you have them.
We read your customer data stage by stage and work out why people are leaving.
A clear report, as a PDF or a private web page: where you're leaking, what it's costing, why, and exactly what to do first.
Most retention help asks "what should we send next?" We ask "why are they leaving?"
"More emails won't fix a leak you can't see. I want you to know why your customers leave, and stop it."

Put the three priority fixes from your audit live within 30 days. If your early retention hasn't improved 12 weeks after they go live, we'll work with you free of charge for up to 6 weeks to get it moving. And if you'd still rather have your money back after that, you'll get a full refund.
Early retention means the share of new customers still buying from you at day 60, measured against the baseline in your audit. Full terms in our refund policy. After payment you'll go straight to a short form. Your audit arrives within 2 working days of a completed form.
No. We need a customer or subscription export with first order dates, repeat orders, cancellations and failed payments, plus screenshots of your customer emails and cancellation steps. Read-only access is welcome but never required, and we never need card details.
We ask for exports without customer names, email addresses or card details, so we see what your customers did, not who they are. Your data is used only for your audit, stored securely, never sold or shared for marketing, and deleted when your guarantee period ends or sooner if you ask. Our privacy policy sets out exactly how it's handled.
Yes. If your customers buy from you again and again, the same stages apply: the first order, building the habit, the moment they decide whether to reorder, and becoming loyal. We work from your Shopify order history instead of a subscription export. If you do use a subscription app, such as Recharge, Skio, Smartrr or Loop, we work from its export.
Your reports show what happened: opens, clicks, cancellations. The audit explains why it happened, at which stage of the customer journey, and which change would stop it. That's the part a dashboard can't give you.
If you have a few hundred repeat customers, there's enough data to see where and when people leave. Below that, the patterns are harder to read, and we'll tell you honestly before you pay.

No. Most of our recommendations are about timing and the right message at the right stage. Often that means fewer emails, not more, and fewer discounts too.
